Winter is back with a vengeance. The mild temps was a welcome respite, but it sure made the winter activities and sports suffer. But I’m ok with the cold and snow as long as we don’t have the wild swings into the deep freeze.

Business Member News

One of the best features of RelyLocal is that business members can offer coupons to their customers. Even if a prospective customer never redeems the coupon, it still acts as a visual reminder to them of your products and services. Contact RelyLocal Wausau today and find out more on how you can use coupons to promote your business.
Winter is the season of dry, flaky skin. But you don’t have to suffer, make a trip to the Oasis Day and wellness spa for an exfoliating treatment. Contact Cindi for a free consultation to find out which exfoliation spa treatment is best for your skin.
With the warm, mild weather, clearing our driveways and sidewalks of snow has been the furthest thing from our mind. But if you have a sudden need to get the sidewalks cleared, call G&K Services. They offer snow blowing services and will clear your drive quickly and efficiently. Plus you don’t need a seasonal contract with G&K Services.

Closing Thoughts

It is my pleasure to again be one of the celebrity chefs for the YWCA’s Men Who Cook benefit dinner. This fundraiser, now in its 10th year, supports the programs and mission of the YWCA by having area ‘celebrity’ men cook a three course dinner for a table of eight. My table featuring French regional cuisine is sold out, but there are still tables available if you wish to partake in this great event. Details are at the YWCA website.
You can still follow along my journey in preparing for the event, as I’ll post recipes for many of my dishes on the Buy Local Wausau Blog.
