May 12-16 is National Small Business Week. Small and locally owned businesses are the lifeblood of our economy, they create 2 out of every three new jobs in America. So we’re celebrating all week long because we know small business rocks! So please take a moment to celebrate small and local by thanking a small business owner for the hard work they do. You’ll find our favorites on RelyLocal Wausau.

We had an awesome time Wednesday at CAFE, the Cultural Arts Festival at (Wausau) East. My daughter who is graduating in a very short period of time is showing off some of her work she did in her painting class. If you missed CAFE last night, but want to check out some great student art, Wausau West is having their art show Thursday evening starting at 4:00pm. It’s open to the public. (PS: how many art lovers can identify who photo-bombed me in this picture).
