The Local Business Roundtable continues to grow! Last month 44 individuals from local area businesses met to network and share their business experience. This is the biggest group we’ve ever had! The room is getting full, but we are committed to provide a quality networking experience and are honored by the level of participation. The Wausau area’s best value in networking is attracting more and more new faces each month. Find out what makes this group so attractive, join us for this month’s “Keep Local Business Local” networking breakfast and roundtable discussion on Thursday, June 26th.
The discussion topic is:
Participating in the Business of Area Summer Activities: From Memorial Day through Labor Day –
there are almost weekly special events in the greater central Wisconsin area. As small, local businesses, how do we participate in the business those activities generate?
Bring business cards, flyers, coupons, and other promotional materials to share. We typically have 35-40 people attend each month. We’ll have a table set aside for handout materials. Also be prepared to give a short (45 second) introduction, or elevator pitch, of your business. Breakfast (continental) is on us.
Several people have suggested it might be fun to head over to Pine Valley for a little golf after the roundtable. If that is something you’d be interested in – bring your clubs. Nothing organized – just who ever shows up, have some fun.
The event is Free. Please RSVP, space is limited, to Steve Steffke (715)355-9920 or firstname.lastname@example.org
The Local Business Roundtable is sponsored by Steve Steffke of Legalshield, John McAuley Consulting, and Michael Martens of RelyLocal Wausau. Three small businesses working together to help other small businesses succeed.
