A little chill in the air sure gets you thinking about ‘Back to School’. Registration is next week for my younger and the older is practically packed and just counting the days till she heads off to college. Instead of buying glue sticks, crayons, and safety scissors we have to get things like bedsheets and closet organizers. I’d sure rather purchase magic markers instead of a $90 calculator.

Verhasselt Home Repair
What do you do with a bathroom so small, you could literally multi-task in it. This recent renovation project by Verhasselt Home Repair has got to be one of the smallest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. There’s been a lot of bad news this week, both locally and nationally. Local grief education resource Wings- a Grief Education Ministry says “Isn’t it interesting how the suicide death of a celebrity allows people the privilege of talking about suicide? But the death of our child, parent, spouse, cousin, friend etc is still taboo? We need to celebrate the life of every victim–who they were and how they lived!”
This may be a good time to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention “Out of the Darkness Walk” coming up in Wausau on September 13th.
