Then I see a report from the National Weather Service’s Green Bay office that this February may go on record as to being one of the coldest ever. With statewide temps 20-35 degrees below normal, I can’t think of anyone that really wants to spend much time outdoors. Even the dog gets her business done quickly. Here’s to hoping for warmer days ahead.
